Beth Walker
Beth Walker has over 25 years experience as a Conveyancer, particularly in the area of residential conveyancing both in Queensland and in the Northern Territory where she held her own Conveyancing Licence. During that time, she has been involved in many large residential developments.
In recognition of her professional standing, Beth was appointed to the Agent’s Licensing Board of the Northern Territory as a conveyancing industry representative. She held this position for five years.
To complement her conveyancing skills, Beth has completed the REIQ Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. She has also worked for a period of time as a Sales Representative in a Real Estate Office to obtain a better understanding of the whole process of buying and selling real estate.
Beth deals on a daily basis with complex transactions in a stressful environment. Her experience, skill and professionalism in conveyancing make her a valuable member of the team at Smith & Stanton.
